Bell House Fitness is a private fitness facility located on 5 acres of untouched forest land in Maplecrest, NY.
Gerard works with adults who want to improve fitness and health, and reduce chronic pain associated with movement. Gerard offers 1-1 and small group training sessions, as well as Remote Training and Health Coaching.
Gerard also has an extensive background working with youth athletes, and offers private and team training, with the goals of improving sports performance, reducing injury risk, and building mental resiliency.
Gerard believes that the best approach to health is one that emphasizes personalization and sustainability, and supports his clients by helping to identify and implement realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable solutions to their health goals.
Gerard is an avid meditator, hiker, and weight lifter, and utilizes exercise to improve physical and mental resiliency, reduce chronic pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
